New Business:
a) Approve Support Resolution for Carthage Industrial Development Corporation
b) Approve payment to Avalon Associates Inc. in the amount of $1,800.00 for program delivery services on the 2008 CDBG home preservation program.
c) Approve payment to Avalon Associates Inc. in the amount of $1,795.41 for administrative services on the 2008 CDBG home preservation program.
d) Approve payment to Lead Safe LLC. in the amount of $1,400.00 for the 2009 CDBG home preservation program.
e) Approve Joanne Lazore for twenty hours of supervised activities at the Recreation Building from Tuesday April 13 through Friday April 16.
f) Schedule dates for the pre-bid opening and bid opening on the Long Falls Park/Guyot’s Island Project and authorize the clerk to advertise this information in both the Carthage Republican Tribune and Watertown Daily Times.
g) Resolution authorizing a joint application with the Village of West Carthage for the 2010 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant program.
h) Approval for Wilna Champion Transportation Association “Mother’s day basket” to be displayed at the Village office for a two week period.
i) Approve payment of payrolls.
